We use hight quality carbon steel Q-235C ,thickness is 80 mm, other supplier is only 60 mm.
2- Welding of frame : world technique
Welded together as a whole part,Stewing fire treatment after welding.
(Carbon dioxide gas shielded welding,alloyed welding wire).
3- Piston:
the material of plunger is Chilled cast iron, after polishing,grinding treatment and resist compression test,make the surface smooth,anti-abrasion,durable.
4- High precision for temperature,tolerance is +_1 degree
5- No oil ,pressure leakage,very seal completely. SEAL IS NOK brand
6- PLC automatic control, SIMENS OP SYSTEM also we design manual control is available too.
You can set the time and temperature , automatic control, when reach the time, the machine will stop heating ,automatic discharge for the pressure.

8- Safety system include: doule hand working, light curtain,protection screen board,ect. completely follow the CE standards.
