Usage :The machine applies to vulcanizing various kinds of model rubber and plastic products as well as non-model products.
FEATURES
1- The body of press is made by quality steel plate. Welded by CO2 protection.
After welded the body,we use balance welding processing,to Eliminating Welding Stress. High precision for the flatness,perpendicularity, and coaxiality.
2- The oil cylinder is plunger type, we use the whole forget steel, and surface chrome plated.
3- Piston rod is processed by CNC lathem, heat treatment, chrome plated and grinding mirror smooth. Fixed by 24 pcs of M30 high strength bolts . This will keep the perpendicularity for the working table and piston rod.
4- High precision for temperature,tolerance is +_2 degree
5- No oil ,pressure leakage,very seal completely. The seal is NOK BRAND.
6- PLC automatic control, also we design manual control is available too. SIMENS Brand OP system.
7- You can set the time and temperature , automatic control, when reach the time, the machine will stop heating ,automatic discharge for the pressure.
8- Our hydraulic system is adopted by international latest technology ,highly integration cartridge valve,and insotation from outside. This will avoid dust,shaking,noise or radiation ect. Keep excellet working life.
9-We use radial piston pump (German technical) as the ultrahigh pressure oil filling system, pressure can reach 60Mpa. At same time ,we use mass flow double vane pump to fast supply of oil . The efficiency can be 70% higher than tradition model, and 60% oil consume can be saved.
10- Control system of hydraulic all are used by Rexroth. And speed controlled by double pump .
