Medium-temperature resistance furnace (car-type) is energy-saving type,circle working furnace.
 
Super energy-saving structure,composite fiber wall,alumina silicate fibre as thermal insulation material,
exclusive producing high aluminium magnetic nail to prevent furnace drop,
the door with brick against the workpiece hiting,automatic seal car&door,integration connection of rail. 

No need foundation for installation, just place it on the flat ground.

It is mainly used for normalizing,quenching,annealing,aging of weld assembly,
chromium,High Manganese Steel Casting,Gray Iron Castings,nodular iron casting,roller,
steel ball,hammerhead of the crusher,chute liners. And heat treatment for auto parts ,machine parts ect.

Complete fiber resistance furnace : three circle and top inside are all fiber module.
Both sides heating element arefar infrared resistance tape.
Heating element material is international OCr21AL6Nb,maximum service temperature is 1200ºC.
Energy conservation 15% than old type insulating brick,
and temperature rising speed 20% faster than old model.

The door is controlled by transmission chain,roll up and down. 

The trolley is installed with Chromium manganese nitrogen heat resistant steel,so oxide skin of workpiece can not demage the heating elements. The reducer drive chain wheel,and moving speed :6~8m/min

Intelligent temperature control system: PID system,matching TCW-32A power trigger,alarm system,safety system,each heating section can be set and shown.
