1- The barrel and screw are made by nitriding steel (38CrMoALA), Surface is under nitrogen treatment, thickness ≥0.7mm, Hardness is HRC70.
2- The reducer is hardened gear teeth, and submerged oil lubrication,seal completely.
3- Hollow structure,Easy to control temperature,and no leakage after hydrostatic test , one hour -10kg/cm2.
4- We can supply four units temperature control system for head,body,screw . high precision to get a good products.
