Usage: These machine are used to process all kinds of  waste tire, you can get pure rubber granules or rubber powder, at the same time,steels or nylon will be seperated.
 
FEATURES

1- This line is semi-automatic machine for waste tire recycling. Less labor costs and energy, but easy operate and economic.

2- The output of this line can be designed according to the reqest from the customer. 300kg/h to 1 Ton/h output.

3- Introduce of the machines:

Firstly , ring cutter : cut circle rim of tire, because there is big steel .

Secondly,strips cutter, cut whole tire into strips,width is around 3 cm

Blocks cutter: cut rubber strips into blocks, size is 3X3 cm

Finally ,the tire shredder will make rubber powder or granules.  you can get different size of products  through the screen.

Also the steels and fiber will be completely seperated.  The proportion of rubber powder will be 99%,very pure.
