1- Machine instruction :

Medical waste treatment equipment is a product developed by our company in response to the outbreak of major epidemics and sudden disasters, resulting in a sudden increase in the amount of medical waste generated or because of the destruction of medical waste disposal equipment due to the damage of the disaster. The targeted, convenient and easy-to-use emergency treatment equipment adopts a light truck to enter the disaster area hospital for patrol treatment to ensure that the high-risk medical waste generated by the hospital will not be harmlessly treated within 24 hours of leaving the hospital.

The core equipment of this system is a medical waste sterilizer, and the core technology is to use high-temperature steam sterilization to process waste, that is, humid heat sterilization. Using high-temperature saturated steam as the working medium, using its strong penetrating power, it penetrates into the sterilized items and releases the latent heat contained in the steam. The protein in the coagulation denatures, thereby killing all microorganisms including bacterial spores.

The sterilizer is installed in the external flat car, and medical and industrial solid and liquid wastes can be flowed according to needs. The fully automatic electrified control system is used to greatly improve the degree of automation. The automatic loading and unloading device is used.


2- Machine features:

1. Integrate crushing and high temperature sterilization, crush first and then sterilize, compact design suitable for many occasions;

2. Installation of the middle and lower part of the crusher, double shaft structure;

3. The shell of the crusher adopts split assembly structure, which is convenient for maintenance;

4. The door drive adopts the cylinder structure, and automatically returns to the position when encountering obstacles.

5. After the door is closed in place, cylinder lock protection is adopted to ensure the completeness of operation;

6. The sealing of the door can still maintain the sealing state when it encounters failures such as power failure;

7. While sterilizing the waste, the waste gas and waste water generated in the sterilization process are also harmlessly treated.


3-  Operation instruction :
Medical waste is poured into the inner cavity from the top sealed door. After filling, the top sealed door is closed and locked. The operator performs harmless treatment according to the pre-set procedures. The procedure is as follows:

1. Loading: The material is closed after the loading elevator is full of material;

2. Crushing: The geared motor drives the cutter shaft to rotate towards each other, and the material passes through the shearing, tearing and squeezing to the blade for crushing treatment;

3. Temperature rise: After the crushing is completed, steam is introduced into the inner chamber, and the exhaust valve is opened intermittently;

4. Sterilization: When the sterilization temperature is reached, the sterilization timer is started. During this period, the inner chamber inlet valve receives the common control of the inner chamber temperature and pressure to ensure that the inner chamber remains within a certain temperature range to sterilize the waste.

5. Cooling: After the sterilization time expires, spray cooling liquid into the inner chamber to cool to the set temperature;

6. Drain: The bottom drain valve opens to drain the water in the inner chamber. After the pressure in the inner chamber drops to the set value, the program shifts to the drying stage;

7. Vacuum: The vacuum pump is turned on to evacuate the inner chamber, while the interlayer maintains a certain pressure and temperature, which plays the role of drying the inner chamber;

8. Unloading: Open the bottom material discharge door and the material blocking net to unload the material into the material transfer vehicle.
