FEATURES :
 

1- Beam and platform :   Material:Q235 steel

 

Welded together as a whole part,Stewing fire treatment after weldment.

   

2 - Platen: Surface polishing:1.6μmm, depth of parallelism : ±0.05mm 
 

Plate with Q235A or 45# Steel .  with insulating protection.

 

3-Frame: Material:Q235 steel,thickness:80mm,parallelism:±1.5mm
 

 Weldment:submerged arc welding, VSR treatment after weldment

 

4-  Hydraulic parts are from YUKEN, Piston with material Chilled cast iron HS 68-75 hardness ,

 

5-  Hydraulic Cylinder Cast steel ZG-270-500,chrome plated . 

Seal is from NOK,Japan.

 

6-  PLC  SIMENS , and all electric parts we use brand Schneider. 

7- Safety system:  completely follow CE standards:   double hand starting,light curtains,
thermometer alarm: install the thermometer with alarm system, when the temperature alarm, the machine will stop automaticly. PLC alarm : when something wrong with the machine, the touch screen will alarm and the machine will stop.
