3.Usage:
It is widely used for such industries as chemical, plastic, paint, silicone rubber, cellulose(CMC), (SMC), (BMC), (DMC), ink, carbon, pharmaceutical, starch, fuel, bubble gum, urea-formaldehyde molding powder, welding rod, aluminum pastes, adhesives, composite stabilizer and gum base.
4.Main structure:
It is equipped with more advanced structure compared to other types of kneaders and designed with Sigma-type horizontal twin-bowl rotation, with high kneading efficiency.
The main axle (mixing bowl) supporting adopts rolling bearing to avoid axle movement and damage to inner side plate.
Thus reducing the friction resistance of main axle (mixing bowl) in movement to realize advantages such as low consumption, long service life, easy operation and maintenance.
kneader liner contacting materials are made of stainless steel to ensure the chemical property of kneading materials.                         
Discharging mode: Screw extruder or directly tilting.
Driving mode: Single driving.
