Introduce the machine:
It is the special equipment designed for processing and extruding of various kinds of materials ,
such as PVC powder, PVC+ wood powder, PP/PE+ Wood powder. Providing different mold and post processing equipment, it will be applicable to produce PVC pipe, profile, board, sheet and granules.
Oil cooling unit is assembled for screw and special designed fan cooling system is assembled to barrels.
Most reasonable design of screws are supplied according to users' special formulation of different material, to make sure the best plasticizing state and logistics quality.
All the screws are processed by high precise special CNC screw milling machine to guarantee each extruder in the same sort have the high uniformity in working state.
We take the lead to introduce international advanced variable screw to make sure the material in the screw have better shearing and plasticization result.
The special design of the gear box enlarges the thrust force, the bearings are imported from world famous brand, have long service life and can bear larger extrusion presser.
The temperature control unit is reliable and operating easy.
The special designed cooling system has larger heating dispensation area, quickens the cooling speed; the temperature can be controlled within ±1°C.
