The machine is applicable for taking off steel rings from tire beads.
wire extractor is a device which adopts mechanic method to pull out the bead of a tire uner ambient temperature,the purpose is to protect the subsequence blades in other machines in the whole processing system.
The machine consists of the motor, hydraulic system, hook, handle and the body. The basic principle is that the motor drive the hydraulic systems and fuel tanks, and the hook is connected to the cylinder trolley. Due to the reciprocating movement of the oil pump and the cylinder, the machine pulls the tire steel part. The tire steel part and the rubber part are separated by the powerful pull of the cylinder
